For posisi long: PnL = Position Size × (Exit Price - Entry Price). For posisi short: PnL = Position Size × (Entry Price - Exit Price). The percentage return is calculated based on your margin (initial investment), which is why leverage amplifies both gains and losses.

PnL percentage shows the pergerakan harga relative to your position value. ROI (Return on Investment) shows your profit/loss relative to your actual margin (the money you put up). With 10x leverage, a 1% price move results in 10% ROI because you only invested 1/10th of the position value.

Trading fees are typically charged on entry and exit. On Hyperliquid, maker fees are 0.01% and taker fees are 0.035%. For a $10,000 position with 0.035% fees, you'd pay $3.50 on entry and $3.50 on exit ($7 total). This calculator uses taker fees by default but you can adjust it.

PnL belum terealisasi is your current profit/loss on an open position - it changes as the price moves. PnL terealisasi is locked in when you close the position. This calculator shows what your PnL terealisasi would be if you closed at the exit price.

Leverage multiplies both your gains and losses proportionally. With 10x leverage, a 5% price move in your favor gives you 50% ROI on your margin. But a 5% move against you means a 50% loss. Higher leverage means higher potential returns but also higher risk.

Should I include tingkat pendanaan in my calculations?

For short-term tradings, tingkat pendanaan have minimal impact. For longer holds, funding can significantly affect your PnL. Hyperliquid charges funding every hour. If you're long and funding is positive, you pay shorts. This calculator doesn't include funding - factor it in separately for multi-day positions.
