Overview

HIP-3, or Hyperliquid Improvement Proposal 3, enables fully decentralized, permissionless deployment of new perpetual markets on Hyperliquid. Also known as "Builder-Deployed Perpetuals", this represents one of the most significant developments for the protocol.
